A 40 minute strength training workout with weights. I will go over the workout before we start and will be watching form and giving modifications when necessary.
***Must have VIP membership, Bootcamp multi session pass, or you can buy a bootcamp session drop in!***
Just bring a mat, water, and something to wipe your sweat off with... I will supply the rest =)
