Hi! My name is Miah. I am a physical therapist assistant during the day. I teach Turn Up Dance Fitness and Strength Training. I recently married my high school sweetheart, & we are going on 10 years strong. I have a miniature dachshund named Darby who you will hear me refer to quite often. 

Hi everyone! My name is Teresa aka "T" or "Sweet T". I have been a Turn Up Dance Fitness instructor for a little over a year now, and it has been the best decision I have ever made.

Jenni is a single mother born & raised in Knoxville, TN. She grew up playing basketball & softball, so she has had a passion for fitness & sports majority of her life. She is NASM CPT, Group Fitness Trainer for 11 years, as well as a Turn Up instructor.

Hey y’all! My name is Julia, but you can call me Jules. I grew up in Walland, TN. I’ve been dancing since I was 3 years old. I have been coming to Turn Up since 2021.

I’m 24 years old and have lived in Maryville my whole life. I’m married to my best friend Isaac and we have a golden retriever named Beau. I’m a 7th grade Social Studies teacher and in my free time I like to bake, go on walks with my little family, and go to Turn Up!
