Teresa Capone

Hi everyone! My name is Teresa aka "T" or "Sweet T". I have been a Turn Up Dance Fitness instructor for a little over a year now, and it has been the best decision I have ever made.

I have always had a passion for dancing ever since I was a little girl putting on talent shows for my family dancing away in the backyard to Backstreet Boys LOL. Hey now, they were cool when I was young ;)

I have a genuine love for people, and I strive on helping others evolve unapologetically, live loudly, and dance ruthlessly. 

I have been married for 18 years and I have two beautiful teenagers, my son Armani who is almost 17 and my daughter Adee who is 13. When I'm not dancing, I'm with my family. 

I cannot tell you how excited I am to join Turn Up Fitness Studio. I know it is one big family, and I'm so so excited to be a part of it.
