This is a class that focuses on strength, stability, endurance, cardiovascular health, & form/posture correction. We focus on watching each individual person to make sure they're getting the maximum amount of results. You will be working with dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, bands, aerobic step, stability balls, slider discs, etc. (no dance involved ...unless you just feel like it๐Ÿ˜‰). Most of the workouts are circuit/timed based. 

All you need to bring is a mat and looped rubber resistance bands. All other equipment is supplied to you during class.
