Turn Up with Mandy is a beginners dance fitness class. All ages/sizes/fitness levels welcome!
She will go over the routines before doing each one and will show all modifications needed.
Don't let the "low impact" part scare you away if you want more....she will still leave you sweating and you can always add in higher impact moves on your own!
Bring plenty of water for hydration and a yoga mat or towel for possible floor routines. Don't forget to bring your bestie! =)
