This is a 6 week (18 session) program that focuses on strength, stability, endurance, cardiovascular health, & form/posture correction. We focus on watching each individual person to make sure they're getting the maximum amount of results. We offer 5am & 6am classes Mondays - Fridays as well as 5pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays. You will be working with dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, bands, aerobic step, stability balls, slider discs, etc. (no dance involved ...unless you just feel like it😉). Most of the workouts are circuit/timed based.

$260 (30 credits) 

All you need to bring is a mat and looped rubber resistance bands. All other equipment is supplied to you during class.
